Salman Khan expands web presence, joins Google+

In an attempt to expand his online presence, Bollywood's box office king Salman Khan joined Google+ Hangout Wednesday.

He is already a part of social networking platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

The actor has also embarked on a hunt for a fan, who will be the co-manager for his first official fan club on Google+, read a statement Wednesday.

The winner will be hand-picked on the same forum by him. The URL of official Google+ profile is https://plus.google.com/+BeingSalmanKhan (+Salman Khan) 

Salman is also launching the 'Being Human' page on Google+. His fans can connect on the page to contribute to the causes he supports and get exclusive sneak peeks at the latest merchandise his brand has to offer.

Ranveer Singh Works Hard On His Physique For ‘Gunday’

Actor Ranveer Singh is right now shooting for Yash Raj Films’ ‘Gunday’ and the actor is working really hard on his physique to get perfect look for it.

Apparently, the film has many scenes in which Ranveer will have to go shirtless and he doesn’t want his body to look mediocre and that’s why he is taking extra care of it.

A source close to the project informs, Ranveer starts following extremely strict diet few days before the shoot which ask him to go shirtless and doesn’t eat anything at all before couple of hours of the scene. He is also spending hours in gym doing various exercises.

Ranveer’s spokesperson also confirmed the reports stating, “Ranveer has many shots in which he is required to reveal his body and he wants to give a perfect shot every time.”

‘Gunday’ is a period film with the backdrop of early 1970’s to late 1980’s. Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar also stars Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the leading roles.

Sonam Kapoor turns lawyer for a Yash Raj film

Sonam Kapoor seems to be seriously busy this year, with Bhaag Milkha Bhaag opposite Farhan Akhtar, and Ranjhanaa alongside Dhanush. However, the icing on the cake is her upcoming project with Yash Raj Films. The yet untitled film which features her alongside Ayushmann Khuranna and is directed by Nupur Asthana (of Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge fame) seems to be drawing the audience attention.

Interestingly in the film, Sonam will be seen playing a lawyer, "Sonam is very excited about the role. Like all her films, she will undergo training for this one too. And she is looking forward to it because she wants to play the role to complete perfection. She wants to be well prepared before she faces the camera for this film, which is why she will be devoting time to specially prepare for her part well in advance," says a source close to the actor.

While to understand lawyers, their body language and general demeanor better, the makers are scheduling meetings where Sonam will meet young professionals. "She will be chatting with them, taking tips and asking them questions and in general, observing them for a few days before the film goes on the floors," says the source.

Salman Khan Organizes Special Screening Of Kamal Haasan's ''Vishwaroopam''

It is a well known fact that Salman Khan has always stood by his friends and colleagues when they have been in some sort of trouble. Recently, when Kamal Haasan was mired in the Vishwaroopam banning controversy, Salman had tweeted to support the South superstar and had also urged his followers to watch the film in defiance of the politically motivated controversy.

Latest news is that Salman also organized a special screening of Vishwaroopam at Ketnav Studio on Friday afternoon. Salman, his father Salim Khan, Rekha and few other industry members were present for the screening. Kamal, who was also present there, revealed that Rani Mukerji had introduced him to Salman many years ago and that he was overwhelmed by his support on Twitter. Sources reveal that Salman loved the film and said that there was nothing controversial about it. He also stated that Vishwaroopam reminded him of Hollywood films.
